Introduction to the concepts of tone of voice and brand positioning – as well as some examples of brands getting it right.
Session 2: 11:30 – 12:45
We break down the process of establishing your brand’s positioning, looking at your consumer, brand and product truths. 
Break for lunch 12:50 – 13:30
Session 3: 13:30 – 14:45
We’ll look at how you use your positioning to create and codify a tone of voice, with exercises and examples. 
Session 4: 15:00 – 16:00
A look at best-practice examples of tone of voice examples in action with tips on being consistent across every touchpoint.
