I help transform business by aligning strategy, culture and brand. It’s in the intersections between these three where the biggest business challenges lie.
My journey started with letters – I’ve designed books, jackets and helped a major new publishing house succeed. Designing stories led me to creating stories – I’ve helped over a dozen blue chips tell theirs through their annual reports, websites and corporate brands. That led me into strategy and to becoming a partner in a business that we sold – an enriching and insightful experience that helped me understand what I wanted to become (and what not).
My purpose is to help people work better, together. I’m a change companion to CEOs and senior leaders. With one foot each in the German and Anglo-Saxon business cultures, I use design to help companies and teams build bridges, learn from each other and create exciting new brands, experiences and businesses. I couldn’t achieve this on my own though. Our amazing international team of designers, strategists, technologists, communicators and anthropologists, share a growth mindset and a love for collaboration and learning.
