10:00-11:00 | Session 1 – Foundations (Company & Customer)

The foundations of a great marketing strategy are understanding who will buy your product and why they will buy it. Making sure we’re hyper focused on these two questions will ensure everything else we do supports this.

11:00-11:30 | Coffee break

11:30-12:30 | Session 2 – External Focus (Competition & Context)

We focus on how things are done in your industry and who else the customer might consider to solve their problem.

*Note we’ll actually run the foundations session for about 20 mins of this section too, but I’ll explain that on the day.

12:30-13:30 | Lunch

13:30-14:30 Session 3 – Internal Focus (Content & Competence)

Marketing strategies live or die by the people who implement them, so it’s crucial to look at what skills you have or can access. And then we look at how content helps to support a market strategy.

Capital

The final stage is working out what it’s worth if you get it right, understanding what to invest in marketing and what metrics you need to look at to know you’re on the right track.

We’ll also wrap up by showing how to put a marketing strategy onto one page.
