The Joy of Inclusive Language

Date: Tuesday, 12th November
Time: 12:00 – 13:00

Inclusive language matters. It can shape our memories, beliefs and even our actions.

As copywriters who care about the impact of our words, it’s vital to know how to talk about race, gender, Disability, sexual orientation (and more) in an accurate, inclusive and respectful way.

And it doesn’t have to be complicated. Many of us worry that we’ll get tangled up in technical jargon, or say the wrong thing. But inclusive language can be simple.

In this session, Ettie breaks down inclusive language into practical tips and principles you can use in your own writing.

To select this session, simply follow the link in your order confirmation. You’ll be prompted to choose 1 of the 4 Extra Sessions. You can then register for the Zoom session.
